CloudbedsReviews of cloudbeds.com

Fantastic group that is dedicated to making the management of properties easier. I've used Cloudbeds with multiple properties of various type/size, and it has always helped us increase revenue and operational efficiency.

Cloudbeds is the Best PMS / Channel Manager with an affordable price and excellent customer support.

We have been using Cloudbeds for over 6 years now. During this time it has been developing a lot, and it's "nearly" a perfect PMS. As soon as we changed to Cloudbeds+MyAllocator from our previous PMS+Channel manager, our direct bookings went up by 20% (up to 60%). Currently we receive 90% of reservations directly. Help desk reply really fast whenever we have a problem (maybe once a year/every second year).

Our goal when switching to Cloudbeds was to save time doing daily tasks but the software has done so much more. Our direct bookings have increased by over 35%. Guests have noticed the rate checker on my booking engine and felt confident booking directly. We also have seen a boost in OTA bookings. We added a couple of niche channels this past year offered in Cloubdeds Channel Manager and without any extra work from my team, the reservations have increased. My favorite part of the software is PIE. No longer am I worrying about rate management. The automated changes make me feel confident that my rates are helping me maximize my revenue. The time savings have had a big impact! I am a smaller boutique hotel and don't have the luxury of a big staff. My goal has always been to focus on the guest experience and to get away from the computer. Cloudbeds has streamlined every aspect of my operation and my guests feel it. Overall I am thrilled with my Cloudbeds experience. The people in the company seem to be happy to help me succeed. Knowing the 24/7 support there is a good feeling but to be honest, I haven't needed support very much. The software has built-in training videos and the software has been extremely reliable. When I have questions I find the answer pretty quickly in the help desk. I give Cloudbeds 10/10. I highly recommend letting Cloubdeds be your software partner.

For multi-room properties we wouldn't consider using anything else. I've used Cloudbeds for almost 10 years. In that time I've seen improvements to both the technology and quality of life of using the software. Support is pretty decent, the, the quality of their channel connections are solid by and large, the interface is straight forward and usable. Are there things I wish they'd work on still? Sure, of course. Homeaway integration isn't the greatest and we have a better experience using a different service for A more robust API for webhooks. Better, more clear or granular reporting at times. More flexibility for automation of emails and outreach.

We love C!loudbeds and think you do a great job responding. Sometimes it would be nice to have a phone number that we can get an immediate response to questions though. Other than that we truly enjoy your business model.

This software is just amazing! It helped us so much to automize all our processes and the management of the hostel. The support is also just perfect. Cant imagine working without cloudbeds anymore!

We run a hostel and from the beginning we have put our trust in cloudbeds. This trust has been confirmed. Cloudbeds is an always reliable partner. Especially in the difficult time for tourism. Cloudbeds makes the work easy and clear. Many work steps are automatically taken off your hands. In addition, the support always reacts quickly and flexibly. Highly recommended.
