Easy to use
Easy to use, mapped to online agents, just hope that we can improve the house account folios where we can create folios for guest not using rooms and do check-in and check-out on it as well.

Best & powerful all in one hotel management system
Best & powerful PMS, CM, BE, of the world The feature that I love the most is Pie, auto increase pricing base on occupancy, save me tons of time for yielding revenue Only one more thing need improve is the CM, Please allow hotel to mapping more than one room type of channel to one on front desk, just because some channel Myallocator dont support rate plan mapping, Overall, happy with Cloudbeds Cheers!

Moving to Cloudbeds really was the correct choice
I was dreading changing from a system that I have been using for 10 years to something new, but Cloudbeds have been there every step of the way and I am so glad that I changed. The system is so easy to use once you know your way around and the support team are the best. I have used the Live Chat and also the Knowledge pages and the University pages. I could not have wished for a smoother transaction

Cloudbeds is the best software
Customer service, interface and features are awesome. They are very king, very professional and always available. The software is very powerful and always updated. If only all softwares for our business were that good...
