What consistently makes Cloudbeds great is access to HELP whenever you need it! In particular, Denis S. has saved me and instructed me more times than I can count. He is an amazing asset and I really mean it when I say I would have quit without his help.

As per my experience, cloudbeds PMS is really a powerful online application for hoteliers. It doesn't only fulfil what's necessary in daily hotel operation but also have other vital functions for managers / owners in doing audit or analysing. However, the application can still further improve in getting the app run on mobile application. This will help reservation to work easier when being able to check any particular booking or help sort out the problem while being on the road.

I run a small Hostel with 24 Beds. Cloudbeds overexceeded my expectations a couple of times. Working with it is fun. They try very hard to make complicated things look easy. I used the support a couple of times and always received a useful answer. Thank you
