About Closer Pets

Hey, we're Closer Pets! And we’re here to keep you close to your pet, wherever life takes you. We’ve been proudly bringing pets and owners together for over three decades, under the Cat Mate, Dog Mate and Fish Mate brands. In 2021, we decided to take everything these brands stand for and bring them together under a fresh new name: Closer Pets. Our new name perfectly reflects our aim to offer a more personal experience and our commitment to becoming more digital and connected as a company – while supporting the longstanding trust the business has built over the last 30 years. From automatic pet feeders to smart cat flaps and flowing pet fountains, our smart pet products will help you care for your companions throughout the day. We’ve got big plans, and we can’t wait to take you and your pets along for the ride!

Cat Mate Feeder
Shipped fast and the cat mate feeder is perfect. The only thing I would recommend is to provide 4 ice packs with the feeder because they are necessary. 2 in freezer ready to replace thawed ones when refilling feeder each day.

We had two cat feeders for two years and recently one stopped working and could not reset the time. I found this company online and ordered the same brand feeder which arrived in a couple days. Thanks for the quick response as the cats were confused and didn't like sharing.
Response from Closer PetsNov 15, 2021
Hello Patricia, We can agree on that, nobody likes to share! We really hope that your furry friends enjoy using their cat feeders and that there aren't any more squabbles at dinner time! Best wishes, Harvey.
