Best CRM for outbound dialers

Hands down, Close has been the best CRM. I have used it for a while now, and I appreciate that Close focuses on what actually matters: what moves a deal forward. It does not focus on a bunch of unnecessary features that just get you trapped in busy work instead of doing the real work, which is prospecting.

Most comprehensive and innovative CRM I've ever tried. The Close team is very open to new feature ideas. I've even seen some of my suggestions make it into production. When the rare bug or system slowdown occurs, the Close support team is very reactive and quick to get everything back online so our team can continue working. Can't recommend them enough.
