Close is a conversation-first CRM (customer relationship management) solution built for founders and small, scaling sales teams to manage every conversation in one place — so they can move faster and close more deals. With built-in calling, email, SMS, automation, and AI, Close eliminates tool sprawl and manual logging so teams can focus on selling, not admin. Close is used by small to mid-sized sales teams in SaaS, fintech, real estate, insurance, recruiting, staffing, and professional services — particularly by founders and sales managers running relationship-driven sales at companies that prioritize speed and follow-up discipline.

Close has been great for me for sorting leads and putting them into different work flows, which allowed me to address them in a systematic way. The only real issue we as a team phased was the audio quality when calling leads, which is something that definitly should be improved. Also, there are better tools for mass mailing, but its still a decent tool.

Close is hands down the simplest, fastest, and most effective CRM out today. I've tried all the biggest ones, and Close reigns supreme. Amazing support as well. Try it out!

I’ve used a multitude of CRMs throughout my career, and Close is by far the easiest to use, teach, and actually get a sales team to adopt\. The ramp\-up time alone for new hires is significantly shorter than anything else I’ve used, which creates a tremendous ROI before you even factor in the price, customer service, integrations, and adaptability of the platform\. What really separates Close, though, is that it feels like a CRM built for sales reps first\. So many CRMs seem designed primarily for leadership visibility and reporting, while reps are left spending their day entering data and updating fields\. Close does the opposite\. It makes the salesperson’s day easier, reduces unnecessary data entry, keeps communication and activity in one place, and gives reps a system they actually want to use\. Ironically, as a sales leader, that has made my job significantly easier too\. When your reps consistently use the CRM and the data going into it is accurate, reporting becomes dramatically better\. Since moving to Close, our monthly revenue projections have consistently landed within roughly 4% of actual results\. The integration capabilities are also a huge advantage\. Close is extremely adaptable and gives us the flexibility to connect the other tools and workflows our team uses without making the CRM itself overly complicated\. It’s simple enough that a new rep can pick it up quickly, but powerful and customizable enough to grow with a sophisticated sales organization\. Easy to use\. Easy to teach\. Easy to adopt\. Great integrations\. Great customer service\. Tremendous value\. Close has everything I could ask for in a CRM, and after using a lot of them, it’s easily been my favorite\.
