keep taking money from my bank and there is no support for this SHIT!

Can’t stop them from taking payment out each month. I don’t want it and the phone number goes to a different company. Please provide a correct number to get them to stop taking my money!

Don't fall for it. I did a pre-purchase scan, over 900 entries found. After purchase, only 200 something found, but ZERO!!! removed. WTF is the point. Cancelled! My guess is they will want you to subscribe for a full year before actually removing anything. Bait and switch BS. Glad I only paid for 1 month, instead of a full year. I hear customer service is awful when trying to cancel a full year service.

Ms. Trina V made the experience seamless. Explaining everything via Google Meet & not rushing a thing. It’s not often you get someone who has patience. She does.

Just had a great customer service interaction via their Chat support. I dislike bots, so I chose to wait a little bit for live service which is an option right at the beginning (thank you for that!). Lucas quickly grasped my issue and helped me troubleshoot a quick resolution. I used NordPass for password creation and management previously, but this product does so much more. What really sold me was their ability to scour the internet for your info that's been sold off and have it removed from those databases. The password generation and management is excellent, with Chrome (Brave, etc.) extensions that work fairly seamlessly when needing to login. The special sauce here is that Cloaked will generate unique email addressed AND PHONE NUMBERS for you, so you can avoid the spampocolypse that follows when looking online for a loan, or inquiring about XYZ service. It's a game changer.

Customer service is awful. One can't get a hold of anyone on the telephone. They try to have their automated chatbot send you emails which are completely useless. This company clearly signed on way too many customers and they can't handle the share volume. My recommendation is to avoid working with this company until they have sufficient staff to answer phone calls and emails.

As far as I can tell Cloaked is doing nothing. I have just as many spam calls and emails as ever. This purchase was a mistake.

I can neither be helpful or constructive at this point but I can be honest. I purchased cloaked app on February 2, 2025 and was billed the sum of $95.99 by Apple and $95.99 by Cloaked on my credit card. I have contacted my credit card company and asked them to investigate although I’m not certain which company should have billed or which company should refund. My opinion of Cloaked will be determined but it sure sounds wonderful!
