It worked on spam for a little while but when 'allowed' calls come, it still messes them up and I can't get to them. When a call comes, there is no easy way to accept or reject a call. I tried customer service....oh wow, what a waste of time!!! They tell you the same thing over and over and the same error happens over and over and you get nowhere! I'm really sorry i spent good money on this! I only used it for a month but paid for a year and I can't get it to work at all!! I'm pretty disgusted. If I could get my money back I would do it in a heartbeat!!! Update: I dont know why, but Cloaked finally is working again. I dont know if customer service came thru or it just came back as suddenly as it stopped working. I still struggle with the app, but this earns an update of 1 star.

It may work well to remove your email addresses and other personal data from the internet, but when it comes to their Spam call features and customer service, it's absolute garbage. It glitches, won't let any calls through, not even those who are flagged as "allowed", won't allow you to decide whether you want to pick up the call or not, and sends any and all calls just to voicemail EVEN AFTER PAUSING CALL GUARD. Their life chat is useless. They make you wait forever but if you don't stay glued to your phone for over half an hour, they close out the chat because you didn't respond. No email follow-up, no call options. Their troubleshooting consists in giving you blanket advice such as "download the newest version" or "this issue was just fixed, give it a few days and if it doesn't work, reach out again in this chat." So, you're stuck in a loop. Not worth the money or hassle.

Been paying for this for over 6 months and have zero reduction in spam calls, only thing happening now is cloaked is intercepting them and now i get 100 cloaked notifications a day and then some important calls get blocked as well.

I expected something for several hundred dollars. I got more spam mail now than ever before. I’m thinking they got my information & sold it, or gave it away to the dark web. After I “signed up” I paid for a year’s subscription, they asked to to download an app, their own special app is another monthly subscription! Then I need to “set up” my phone in a number of other ways for them, or other parties to perform special services that might provide some “cleaning up” in the dark web. Their answering machine was AI, absolutely no help, i called multiple times, never talked to a person. I left messages, no return calls. If someone spends money on this rip off, power to you. I’m looking for something that actually works.

My main complaint is the deceptive advertising on how Cloaked instantly deletes all your exposed and compromised data that's out there. The ad videos show all data wiped clean with the push of a button. That is NOT how it works. Cloaked identifies your exposed data instantly, but then have to contact the broker and request your data being removed. Whether the broker complies or not is not under Cloaked's control. In my one-month trial, Cloaked managed to remove 19 exposures on 5 broker sites, which is not a lot considering Cloaked has identified hundreds of sites where my data has been found.
