Actually helped cut down my spam calls
I've been using their service for about a month now and honestly, it works better than I expected. My spam calls dropped a lot and I noticed fewer random texts too. The dashboard could load a bit faster sometimes, but the results are real. It found my info on a bunch of broker sites. I didn't even know existed. It's worth keeping.

No, no, no, no
No, no, no, no, no... First of all, the installation is not simple at all. But much, much worse, Cloaked App deleted several of my files. Crucial files. I have a Mac and the files deleted and permanently lost were spreadsheets with .numbers extension. You have been warned !

Hi there, It sounds like you've had a really tough experience with the setup process and the loss of your important files. To be clear, Cloaked does not manage or modify any aspect of your computer, we focus on data removal from data brokers, this situation may have just happened to align with you subscribing to our feature. If you would like us to go over your Cloaked settings please reach out to us at [email protected] or call +1 (888) 857-5490 (Mon–Fri 9 AM–8 PM EST, Sat–Sun 9 AM–1 PM EST) — we are happy to help.

Very helpful customer support
Tammana was very helpful resolving an app service block. This restriction was placed to protect my account. The Cloaked customer service rep helped me get the restriction lifted and verify my Cloaked account was in good standing!

Cloaked Access Issues Resolved
Had some technical issues accessing my account and possibly affecting my voicemails with my mobile service. Took a couple of email and missed calls with Cloaked support to straighten it out. Eric from Cloaked was extremely helpful at solving the relevant issues and resetting my passwords and account access. Not using the advanced features currently but they remain an option for the future. Very happy with the customer support I received from Eric although it took a few calls to finally reach a live person at Cloaked.

Since I've had Cloaked
Since I've had Cloaked, its been wonderful, no Spam calls, it's really nice not to be bothered by unwanted calls. The best is when they have removed my personal information off the dark web. If you have ever filled out an online application or used credit cards, debt cards? I'd bet you're information is out there. Cloaked is the answer.
