We’re sorry this has been your experience. We want to be clear: Cloaked never sells or shares your personal information. Our mission is to reduce your exposure online, not add to it. In many cases, spam appears because personal data was already circulating online before someone signs up. As Cloaked’s data removal process takes effect and your information is removed from major data brokers, spam decreases over time. Our team would be happy to take a closer look at your account to make sure setup is complete and everything is working as intended. You can reach us at [email protected] or call +1 (888) 857-5490 (Mon–Fri 9 AM–8 PM EST, Sat–Sun 9 AM–1 PM EST).

Hi Brenda, thank you so much for the 5-star reviews! Seeing 296 pieces of info removed that quickly is a huge win, and we're really glad you felt supported right away when you reached out. Totally understand the VPN making setup a bit tricky at first, and we appreciate you sticking with it. Happy Cloaking!

Hi David, that sounds incredibly stressful, especially when you’re waiting on an important DMV call and it keeps getting blocked even after pausing Cloaked. That’s not the experience we want for anyone. We can see our agent responded, and we just emailed you again to connect. When you have a moment, please reply and let us know where you’re running into trouble with the instructions so we can get this fixed fast.
