If I could leave a negative 100, I would. I hate this company. I tried to set up an account many months ago when I was hacked.And the phone number was being used by the hacker.I have never been able to utilize the dashboard.I've never been able to use cloaked yet.They take money out every month.They refuse to help me get my refund back and a hacker took over my Facebook account and also my Amazon account, and I have never gotten my Facebook account back on my computer and I'm still getting charged every month.And they refuse to do anything about it. I just keep getting bought replies to every email that I send to support and now I have a support person month later telling me they sent me a verification code and i'm sure it went to the phone number that was hacked even though I keep telling them I was hacked and I could never use the account

I’m absolutely livid with this very bad company!!! Ripoff, and FRAUDSTERS. After cancelling them in March this year, which they acknowledged; they just sent me an invoice for March just now, it’s MAY!!! And they just sent me another email saying “Welcome to Cloaked and verify email” Well of course I didn’t verify them. I didn’t even rejoin them!!! They are the WORST company out there. I would not trust them with anything secure!! I will be reporting them to BBB and FTC for FRAUD. Do NOT use this BS. company.

Tammy is a true pro! I am new to Cloaked and not exactly tech savvy. She was patient and professional and I now have a greater understanding of the various security aspects that Cloaked provides.

I didn't work the way it was explained to me and thats ok my problem is I caneld last month took it off my phone and now they charge my card so I recharged out to them and they cant help me because they can't identify me now so now I get to call my card company and get a new card because they cant identify me but they had no problem taking money

Beware… this might not be a bad option for some people, but I have a small business. I don’t think I am getting new customer calls and I can’t get a human to help me so I want to cancel but can’t seem to get that done either.

A fantastic application! Cloaked is a bit on the complicated side but once you learn it, it really helps in several aspects. My voicemail no longer gets clogged with persistent loan solicitors, that are by the way, automated. I just let Cloaked handle it. Knowing it also runs frequent scans to eliminate my data or opt out, gives me that peace of mind.

1st , the response time is amazing . 2nd I'm really impressed on how I receive needed information on how Cloaked is really working at keeping , primarily my information safe ! Great job ! Great company ! Hope Cloaked get 90 million subscribers ! Im definitely doing my part on informing others how great this system is !

Terrible app, very difficult to use, terrible, absolutely terrible customer service, blocked all my calls even calls from people & business associates in my list of contacts Long phone call wait times & disconnect never get to speak with anyone on customer service line, they tell you they’re gonna call you back then even their callback is blocked by their app Then Even after deleting the app and involving Apple tech-support to help me clear the data they continue to block my phone calls so I had a phone carrier to get them involved, apple was notified tried to communicate with Cloaked support and has set up investigation An absolute nightmare experience with this app…. There’s gotta be a better way I’m amazed at this company stays in business with such horrible tech support and inability for customers to communicate with anyone in our tech department Now I’ve gotta try to cancel the subscription and get a refund, when I went to the cancel subscription site it says that they’re gonna charge me until March of next year…… great customer service, I put this in the scam category
