I was able to get some very helpful information with Frederick’s assistance yesterday navigating in and around the cloaked app. It’s people such as this that makes using the app a little less stressful as an Over The Road Truck Driver. Along with the app doing what and why I’ve invested in it. Keeping Spam calls from getting through and just blocking them. It’s very helpful for me personally. So again A Very Big Thank you goes out to Frederick , thank you….

I've been using Cloaked for close to 2 years now. My spam emails are down to a few per month. Calls are even less. Cloaked removed over 23,000 exposures from data brokers since 10/24. The app can be a little difficult to configure but it's worth the time to figure it out. No doubt, I'll renew my subscription.

I was having trouble with my allowed callers not making it through. After a session with a very nice and helpful person she helped me reset and get it working. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because it happened once again where an allowed caller was sent straight to the voicemail. 5 stars if they get this "glitch" worked out. Still worth it though. I was easily getting 20-25 spam calls a day.

Had a little issue with finishing the setup of Cloaked but with the great assistance of Chris, all is working now. Thanks again Chris for your assistance.

I called and had a problem with my account and the supervisor Chris call me back and walked us through it and took his time to help us get everything fixed and working properly and I want to thank him for everything he was amazing and a true blessing.

I had a problem with my account. I signed up for the annual subscription and they kept trying to take the monthly subscription out also. The representative Marjow helped me to stop the monthly payments. Kudos to Marjow and Cloaked.

I’m really pleased with the results and service I’ve received from Cloaked so far. I had an issue with billing attempting to draft my account multiple times and Nerissa was very pleasant to work with and reassured me that she had taken care of the issue. She made me feel comfortable with continuing using the service. Thank you 😊

I have been using Cloaked for approx 3 months. Prior to that, I was literally receiving at least 20 spam calls per day. I did notice my voicemail icon hasn't popped up since I went Cloaked, and I couldn't figure out my password to check voicemail via Cloaked. I finally called customer service and was assisted by Tammy. Unfortunately, I had to do a hard reset on my account, which meant any voicemails I may have received since being Cloaked are permanently unretrieved and gone for good. That is partly my fault for waiting so long to reach out and forgetting my password, but the Cloaked "recovery key" didn't work like it should have either, so... Anyways, it's done now. The nice part is, Tammy was wonderful to speak with. She advised me of countless features Cloaked also offers in addition to weeding out spam calls. Tammy was very patient and knowledgeable, she also sent me a link to further assist in navigating the features Cloaked offers. I'm not sure I possess the technical skills to unlock everything Cloaked offers, and would suggest tasking Tammy with creating YouTube tutorials to assist users in navigating the featured. Please make this happen Cloaked. Tammy was awesome!
