I signed up and they offer a one time code sent to the phone to sign in or password. I chose OTC, but if you do that, then you can’t see certain information so I need to create a password. It is hard getting a live person and the ai is not really that great. I called to speak to a live person and was told to leave my information. I received a call back about 4-6 hours later, but I was not available. I was sent an email explaining how to set up the password because I did not see how to do it on the website because it has to be done on the app…. I am going to give them a month or two and see how it goes. I used their phone service to screen calls and it allows calls to get through, so I decided to go back to apple because I don’t hear the phone ring with them.

After 3 days of not being able to sign…
After 3 days of not being able to sign into my account,I was finally able to call and talk to a real live person. His name was Michael and he was very friendly, helpful and patient.

Cloaked was not refunding me but finally has
I signed up for Cloaked on July 12 2026 and charged $139.99. After my phone stopped working properly on 2nd day... I removed & cancelled the subscription on July 13. Due to their site, while signing up, you have up to 30 days for a full refund. However, their 866 number keeps repeating press 1 for english & does not work... I sent an email to them on 13 and heard back from Kit on 15th and Kit has not refunded my account as of today July 22 and no longer responds. I finally got a hold of Frederico who was pleasent & refunded my account. I changed from 1-star to 3.

Spam and lots of it!
Signed up for the service and within two days I was getting 10-15 spam text a day where before I would get 4-6 in a week!! I gave it about a month to see if this was possibly just part of the program. If anything it continued to get worse. I canceled my account and weeks later I'm still getting more spam than ever before!! I have see the same senerio repeated by multiple other users and complaints on the BBB. I definitely would Not do it again! EDIT AFTER RESPONSE Just my point. I didn't even need spam protection until I DID sign up for your service. Like many others have reported. A coincidence? I don't think so.

The password requirements were beyond…
The password requirements were beyond ridiculous. I tried many times to call customer service and always got same recording someone would call back within 24 hours tried leaving message 5btimes no call back. Trying to find answers using AI is worse than anything. Horrible service

I feel bait-and-switched
I feel bait-and-switched. They offered a 30 day free trial, and then it is impossible to get a human on the phone which is the ONLY way to reverse the full 1-year charge. I am extremely irritated, and plan to file a complaint with my credit card.
