The item went from Texas to Delaware to god knows where before it finally arrived at Marshall, Texas (an hour and a half from the Grand Prairie, Tx location). I was just about ready to call it a scam when it finally arrived.

I like it. Eyes feel better. But expensive, compared to Avenova. Have to decide if it’s that much better. I. Wish wipes were smaller; but more in a box

Cliradex is great for my eyes! I have ocular rosacea, macular degeneration, and meibomian gland dysfunction. I use Cliradex daily following my heat treatment. My one suggestion is that the manufacturer more closely monitor the production of the packets. I've had a couple of boxes of packets where the cut (for opening it) was not connected to the edge and I had to use scissors to open the. packet. That's my only suggestion.

I really cant rate, due to not getting my order yet. I was never told that my order was on back order until I emailed them to find out where my order was. In return when my order does ship I'm supposed to receive a free bottle.

Customer service, Product is outstanding; however there is a short delay in shipping due to limited stock. It is worth waiting for as I use it daily. Next time I'll order more.

I’ve been using Cliradex for several weeks, and it seems to be helping. The problem I have is that the foam dries up and does not lather or gel as the instructions suggested.

Product was easily ordered and received in a few days... the only negative was the estimated arrival date was way off into future but I received it in a few days (so, ignore the original estimated delivery date)
