My order took 2 months, but the company was good about keeping me informed about its status. They explained that supply problems delayed my order.

Product is good. Doesn't clearly define what is on backorder when emailing shipping info. Took 3 weeks to get foam

My ophthalmologist recommended Cliradex for my eyelid cleansing because I am allergic to preservatives in eye products. My first box was ordered at another online site and I immediately loved the product. My 2nd box was ordered directly from Cliradex. Let me say that I do love the product and will continue to use it, BUT..... I ordered it on March 24 and it didn't ship until April 6th! Then there was a problem with the shipping and it had to be re-shipped. I finally received my product on April 21st. That's entirely too long for a product that is medical in nature. Nevertheless, I do love the product, I just wasn't thrilled with the timeline. Next time I'll order via Amazon.

Everything went well. I would have given 5 stars, but delivery took over two weeks. So it is best to make your order before you are out of the product.

I was having severe itching of my eyelids, thinking maybe it was seasonal allergy, contact lens sensitivity, or eye make-up problems. Did get advice from PubMD to try warm compresses and baby shampoo, which seemed to be starting to help. Saw the Cliradex ad, and decided to try that as well. After only two or three sessions, the itching and redness are gone; however, I haven't started wearing my lenses again, have been staying mostly indoors, and haven't been using eye make-up, so I'm not sure whether removing these possible causes has also had an effect.

It said “may tingle.” It’s close to a slight burn. Too soon to tell , but seems like it’s working well.

I have heard being on the computer too much, not wearing a blue lense, not blinking often enough, gardening in heat and not washing my face enough contributed to my blepharitis. I am happy to have Cliradex in my arsenal. I love that tea tree oil is used in the wipes. The wipes are very strong! I use the pamphlet that came in the box to fan my eyelids after using! I can’t decide whether they are too strong or not. I have the TT oil as well and put 2 drops in a tbsp of olive oil at other times of the day. I also have regular baby wipes , those are good too. I don’t like that the wipes are so small so 4 stars but I do like that they’re packaged in foil to preserve them for future use.
