I buy thousands of dollars worth of Cliradex for my office per order, yet I still have to get nickeled and dimed on shipping. I used to get a large discount on my orders as a high volume wholesale customer, but now being a good customer doesn't matter.

It takes a long time to ship when we have someone needing product

Hi Veronica, We apologize for the delay in shipping. But we noticed your last Autoship order did not work because the payment was expired: "Error Code E00027: The credit card has expired." You would need to log into your account to update your payment information. The Cliradex Team

I have an infected eyelash follicle. This product was recommended to me but when I used it it stung the skin around my eyes terribly. Also it’s impossible to not get it in my eyes if I want to reach the infected area on my lower eyelid. I don’t even want to attempt using it again. It’s a one & done

Thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. We're sorry to hear you had a bad experience with Cliradex. We understand your concern and want to reassure you that a cooling tingling sensation is normal. Cliradex® is a natural, preservative-free eyelid, lash, and facial cleanser formulated from the main component of tea tree oil, 4-Terpineol (T4O). This tingling sensation is a common occurrence with tea tree oil, but a burning sensation is not. If you feel burning, you might be experiencing something else. For instance, if your skin is already compromised or wounded, it will sting similar to putting alcohol on a wound. The same is possible if you use Cliradex on already irritated or open skin. Another reason may be that you're experiencing a reaction to the T4O from the tea tree oil. Here are a few tips to using Cliradex if you have sensitive skin: 1) Always test a patch of skin on your arm to see how you will react to the T40, mainly if you've never used tea tree oil. 2) Avoid using Cliradex after bathing as pores may be exfoliated and exposed. 3) Wipe your eyelids and eye area gently while keeping your eyes closed. 4) Avoid getting Cliradex in your eyes. 5) Keep your eyes closed for about 15-30 seconds as the area dries. We recommend that during the application you: 1) Close your eyes firmly. 2) Gently wipe the foam or towelette across the lid and surrounding eye area without pressing it too hard on the eye or into the corners of the eye. 3) Allow the foam or solution to air-dry briefly (15-30 seconds) before opening your eyes. While our products are natural, safe, and effective, we realize that some people are allergic to essential oils. If you continue to experience a reaction, please discontinue the use of Cliradex. If you aren't happy as a result of using our product, contact us at www.cliradex.com. The Cliradex Team

Do not believe that you will be given a 10 % discount that is advertised on website. You can put in the code word and it will show you you are getting it but after you pay you are billed for full price. This company is very deceptive how it does this. Its a good product but bad company. Buy elsewhere.

Dear Cliradex, The ordering and shipment went fine which is why I chose 2 stars. However, I am out $30. First and probably only attempt to use the wipes did not go well. The liquid on the wipes burned the skin around my eyes and the smell was overwhelming. Put up with it for about ten minutes then got out of bed and rinsed it off. Thank you for asking. Nan O'Dell
