Service was efficient. My only complaint is the smell of this product … oh my, it smells like the chemistry class had an experiment malfunction. I’m hoping my condition is improving quickly so I can discontinue use.

I had receive my order on time and professionally packet. I was so happy to get the 20% discount that they promised. Not even Amazon could do that.

I had an issue with my order being returned because I didn't get to the post office, but it was reshipped again with no problem!

Your product is great, but the price is pretty steep. It would be nice if you offered a subscription price since the people who would benefit most from your product have chronic ongoing problems with dry eye or blepharitis and have to order continuously.

I didn't know that welcome was the code for the discount and I didn't receive it when I ordered so I called the 800 number and they was very easy to talk to and the took care of it. Kudos to whomever handles the customer service line.
