I ordered two boxes of wipes. I have only opened on box so far but I have had some packets that the wipe was too wet and one (so far) that was totally dry ! the wipes are too expensive not to be perfect! I would love a replacement box.

The item I ordered was back ordered but not clearly indicated throughout ordering process. No mention of it in order confirmation. After one week I called and was told about back order and only a guess at availability. It could be one month to complete the order if estimated delivery time is accurate. I would not have ordered if it was clearly indicated as back ordered.

I just want to say that I love this product, but unfortunately they use the usps which means I don't receive my product for quite a long time. I know that this problem is not relegated to just cliradex, but as customers of usps they should put pressure on them to rectify this problem, they are not the only game in town.

It worked great but it burns horribly even after a week of using it and then my eyes got irritated and had a reaction to this. They were tearing and red and my vision was blurry. it felt like my eye balls were swollen. i stopped using it and now only use it every third day. it seems to be ok using it like this but i wish it did not burn

Cliradex® is a natural, preservative-free eyelid, lash, and facial cleanser formulated from the main component of tea tree oil, 4-Terpineol (T4O). This tingling sensation is a common occurrence with tea tree oil, but a burning sensation is not. If you feel burning, you might be experiencing something else. • For instance, if your skin is already compromised or wounded, it will sting similar to putting alcohol on a wound. The same is possible if you use Cliradex on already irritated or open skin. • Another reason may be that you're experiencing a reaction to the T4O from the tea tree oil. Here are a few tips to using Cliradex if you have sensitive skin: 1) Always test a patch of skin on your arm to see how you will react to the T40, mainly if you've never used tea tree oil. 2) Avoid using Cliradex after bathing as pores may be exfoliated and exposed. 3) Wipe your eyelids and eye area gently while keeping your eyes closed. 4) Avoid getting Cliradex in your eyes. 5) Keep your eyes closed for about 15-30 seconds as the area dries. I’ve been using the foam and eyelid wipes twice a day for about a week. 1st off, it BURNS. Especially the wipes. 2 minutes immediately following wiping I have to keep my eyes shut and my lids and surrounding skin are very red after use, I then enjoy about 2 hours of eye relief. Free of symptoms, but I can’t go anywhere Like this bc of the redness. I did expect this since it is tea tree oil, but I had hoped it would be less intense by now. For me it’s worth pushing through for a full 2 weeks bc I’ve been battling blephritis off and on for 2 years now. If there’s a chance this will heal it, I’ll take the burn. Fingers crossed! I have noticed less flaking and grittiness around/in my eyes. Second, the bottles are SO small. I was really disappointed when they arrived. Again, if it treats whatever is causing my condition and I feel, see, and look normal again, it will be worth the price. If I have to spend $200 a month to maintain it and it continues to burn, I’ll again be on the hunt for relief.

It burned badly. I also have spastic entropian and blepharitis. Have had three styes recently, two surgically removed. I’m not sure this product is the right one for me. Update: I got used to it even though it burned and stung badly. It wears off quickly. I like it but won’t get it again now for awhile.

If you are experiencing a strong sting or "burning" sensation, this may be because your skin is compromised somehow. A useful analogy would be like putting alcohol on a wound. It also could be a reaction to essentials oils. Here are a few tips if you have sensitive skin: 1- Avoid using Cliradex right after bathing. Skin pores may be exfoliated and are more exposed than usual. 2- Wipe gently with Cliradex. 3- Avoid direct contact with your eyes. Keep eyelids gently closed when using Cliradex. We recommend that during the application: 1 - Closes eyes firmly without squinting too much. 2 - Gently wipe across the lid and surrounding skin. Don't try to press too much on your eyelid skin or into the eye's corner (caruncle). 3 - Allow it to air dry briefly (30s) before opening eyes. If your results don’t improve, then please do not continue to use Cliradex as you may have a skin allergy to essential oils. Also, when it comes to a gentler formula, we do have Cliradex Foam.
