Hi Randy, Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concern and want to reassure you there is nothing wrong with the product. Cliradex is a safe product. Cliradex is a natural, preservative-free eyelid, lash, and facial cleanser formulated from the main component of tea tree oil, 4-Terpineol (T4O). A tingling sensation is a common occurrence with tea tree oil. If it felt more like a sting/burn, please be assured that it goes away after few applications. • If you're feeling a burning sensation, your skin may be compromised or wounded. Do not use Cliradex. It may sting similar to putting alcohol on a wound. The same is possible if you use Cliradex on already irritated or open skin. • If you develop symptoms such as itching, swelling, or excessive dryness, this may indicate an allergic reaction/hypersensitivity to T40 (especially if they have a known sensitivity to fragrances). Here are a few tips if you have sensitive skin: 1- Avoid using Cliradex right after bathing. Skin pores may be exfoliated and are more exposed than usual. 2- Wipe gently with Cliradex. 3- Avoid direct contact with your eyes. Keep eyelids gently closed when using Cliradex. We recommend that during the application: 1 - Closes eyes firmly without squinting too much. 2 - Gently wipe across the lid and surrounding skin. Don't try to press too much on your eyelid skin or into the eye's corner (caruncle). 3 - Allow it to air dry briefly (30s) before opening eyes. If your results don’t improve, then please do not continue to use Cliradex as you may have a skin allergy to essential oils. Also, when it comes to a gentler formula, we do have Cliradex Foam. But if you are allergic to essential oils, you may get the same reaction. The Cliradex Team

Hello As indicated on the website, our Foam was on backorder, shipping in April. We did receive the inventory and start shipping. Your order was shipped on 4/7. Due to the high volume of orders that we needed to ship, it is taking the post office longer to scan the orders into their systems. We ask that you allow some extra time for the order to be delivered. Our standard delivery is 3-7 business days. Your complimentary foam shipped on 4/15 and was delivered.
