The Cliradex foam was one of the key eyelid cleansing techniques that alleviated my dry, gritty eyes and frequent styes--the other key item was the Cliradex wipes. Although I had to wait a few weeks for my last order, the Cliradex customer service rep was very polite and I was kept updated on the order status.

There was a lack of communication at first regarding delayed shipment, which I complained about. After that, communication was clear and frequent. The company acknowledged shipment delays and gave me several satisfactory options.
