While Cliradex is a great product and I have been using it for years. I believe the one product I received was defective. Possible to concentrated. It felt different and stung intensely. A new product was sent and it is better, but I think I would like to have addressed what was wrong with the product and acknowledgment

Took longer to receive than originally expected according to my ordering process stated. Product works well for my dry eye issues. Some eye discomfort from stinging occasionally.

This product really works! It takes 3 boxes and that gets a bit expensive, it would be even more convenient if we could get it in stores but I am just glad it does what it says it will and is available at all!

Very quick turnaround and pleasant alternative to occu soft lid wipes. Cliradex does sting a bit on inflamed and irritated eyes yet not a game changer. Really dries eyelid tissue and they “scale” which is unsightly yet perhaps part of the healing process? Did have to resort to Lotomex which is an RX steroid that works like magic even though very strong and needs to be applied sparingly and for no longer than 2 weeks. Only use for 1 week and seems very effective. Steroidal creams a last resort.

It took several phone calls and a re-order of the product to eventually secure it. Someone from the company called me and then I received two different orders, which is fine as I believe I will use both. Your product is excellent.

Everything is good and easy to use with the website and the product itself. It does take a while for the order to get processed from the time you place the order, so plan ahead a little.
