Good product. The website is a little clunky to use, especially when checking out.

ordering and delivery were easy and prompt. The product, though, wasn't good at all....tremendous burning on my eyes and a very strong 'turpentinish' smell.

I was pleased to have a treatment with tree tea oil and it does the job. I'm not too sure about how to use the foam. I get either too much or not enough. The towelettes are great but expensive.

Was told I have a mite in my eye. This seems to be slowly helping.

This is the only product after several other tries that is clearing up my demodex, for which I am deeply grateful. However, I had thought that one box would be enough, but found I have to use two a day, morning and night, to be effective. It was a pinch, but I didn't mind the considerable expense for the first box (neither Medicare nor Medicaid cover it), expecting it to be a one-time outlay, but now that I've had to reorder, the expense has become a big issue, especially given the loss of income due to the corona virus. I'm just hoping the demodex is completely gone by the time I get to the end of this box!
