The order was attempted to be duplicated without a phone number to be contacted to get corrected. So finally, I sent an email and this still replied that my cart was filled and I had no way of emptying it.

Seems to work well; but I feel the pH may not be balanced with the propellent of butane; so if it came as a liquid mixed with castor seed oil I’d feel this would be best. Best regards, -Shane

The product is wonderful! Shipping needs to be a bit faster though.

Initially our order was misplaced in shipping but customer service handled my call extremely well and they got the order straightened out and shipped ASAP. If not for the long delay initially I would have given 5 stars.

Love the product; hate the packaging. If a normal course of treatment is 6-8 weeks, the product should come in weekly or bimonthly amounts. Also why do you send coupons after the order is placed????

There has been a noticeable improvement in my eyelid redness, itching and vision. Cliradex has not totally eradicated the Demodex mites from my eyelids after a month of 2x daily lid scrubs followed by Cliradex to my entire face. The mite has a 3week life span so it may mean a longer treatment is needed and probably daily use after that given my age. My lids and facial redness have improved.
