I really cannot tell if it helps yet. There is something about the foam that does not feel wuite right. I think wipes might work better for me

The scrub stings after I apply it and irritates my eyes. I used it twice but won’t continue using it. It was expensive so I hope I can return it. After posting this I changed my score from one star after speaking with a cliradex rep. I changed it to four stars because of their Outstanding customer service. I will get a full refund, minus shipping fee (used as restocking fee) but I don’t have to go through the inconvenience of returning the product. Couldn’t be more fair.

I have been using Cliradex for about a year now. Not every day in this year, but for periods when I have the mites re-appear. I use the full pad, switching sides so each eye gets a fresh side. Yes, it stings but I solved that problem by using a paper plate fan. I've had one experience with Cliradex that is very positive. It almost instantly stops my wanting to scratch my eyes out when they itch. Immediate use of the Cliradex pad and within minutes the itching stops and stays stopped. I have tried doing with other products, but have come to the conclusion that Cliradex is the only product that works for me.

I love the product (eyelid wipes), however the website could be a little more user friendly. I like to see my total price prior to entering my credit account information. I ordered two separate orders because the first order did not give my discount.

I've used this for a month and a half now, still burns but I think it's helping.

I like the product but, almost half the time, I have trouble opening the packet as the cut notch is not cut all the way to the edge, so tearing along the side is almost impossible without using scissors to open the packet. Given that this is undoubtedly is done by machine, it is hard to understand why this happens, much less so often.

The website kept going down and I could not get it to take my discount. So IU waiting a few days until the website started to respond better and then ordered. However, by then I was out of the product so I wasn’t happy.

It's not a miracle cure, but it is effective, more so than the many other such blepharitis-cleansing agents. I dislike the smell and, paradoxically, it kind of irritates my eyes--but only momentarily. It's visibly better than the others, no pun intended! I gave it 4-stars because it was better than average. I'm not prepared to say "great" quite yet, but I will certainly re-order it! Full disclosure:I've struggled with this condition for many, many years, so one could say I have a bad case of it!
