Customer Paulette R.
I seem to be allergic to this product. I used it 4 times total, twice each day and it burned my eyelids and made them swell and peel. Sorry to report this, I was looking forward to using Cliradex. Thank you.
Sherry W.
My product was shipped to the wrong address and sat out in the 90 temps all afternoon. When I set up my portal account I put my office address in. My credit card bills to my home address so I had to put that in as my billing address. The product shipped to my home. This type of mistake would not happen if I ordered through my human rep.
James G.
I ordered product over 7 days ago?? I checked on delivery and they said it could be another 7-10 days?? That is ridiculous!! My eye doctor recommended this product so I had to order through Amazon .

Dear James, again, we are sincerely sorry as we do not know why your initial order did not leave. Customer service confirmed they shipped a new order to you.

Where is my order? I ordered product on 6/18. I was promised the product within 7 days. 7 days later, no product. Called customer service. They still haven't processed my order. Spoke with Akai in Customer Service and cancelled my order. Poor Customer Service from this company.

Thank you for reaching out. You also contacted customer service. Somehow we drop the ball as your product was delivered to the wrong address. As the Team told you, we issued a full refund for your order and sent you a complimentary order. Thank you again for your patience. The Cliradex Team

Hi Sally, Thank you for your feedback. I want to reassure you there is nothing wrong with the product. Cliradex normally has a fresh, cooling sensation. If you are experiencing a "burning" sensation this may be because the skin is compromised somehow. A useful analogy would be like putting alcohol on a wound. Here are a few tips if you have sensitive skin: 1- Avoid using Cliradex right after bathing. Skin pores may be exfoliated and are more exposed than usual. 2- Wipe gently with Cliradex. 3- Avoid direct contact with your eyes. Keep eyelids gently closed when using Cliradex. We recommend that during the application: 1 - Closes eyes firmly without squinting too much. 2 - Gently wipe the foam across the lid and surrounding skin. Don't try to press too much on your eyelid skin or into the eye's corner (caruncle). 3 - Allow the product to air dry briefly (30s) before opening eyes. If your results don’t improve, then please do not continue to use Cliradex as you may have a skin allergy to essential oils.

Sorry, but I had a severe reaction to this product. My eyes became swollen, red, itchy with split, peeling skin.
