Question: what would be the procedure for putting on make up or any other cream when using Cliradex? What comes first or last?
Response from CliradexOct 17, 2019
:( 1 star? For a makeup routine, you wan to put Cliradex first. Let it air dry for 1mn. Then you should be able to apply your moisturizer or makeup.

Wouldn't trust my eyes to just any product. Even though this product is a little more pricey, it is the only one that works the best for me.

* This burns the area you put it on. * You can't get it in your eye (the sting is even more severe if you do) and with the wipes, it is harder to clean the eyelash area where the meibomian glands are. * It's very expensive. * I am unable to tear the packet open, so need to get scissors to cut.

Hi Jules, thank you for your feedback. I want to reassure you there is nothing wrong with the product. Cliradex normally has a fresh, cooling sensation. If you are experiencing a "burning" sensation this may be because the skin is compromised somehow. A useful analogy would be like putting alcohol on a wound. Here are a few tips if you have sensitive skin: 1- Avoid using Cliradex right after bathing. Skin pores may be exfoliated and are more exposed than usual. 2- Wipe gently with Cliradex. 3- Avoid direct contact with your eyes. Keep eyelids gently closed when using Cliradex. We recommend that during the application: 1 - Closes eyes firmly without squinting too much. 2 - Gently wipe the product across the lid and surrounding skin. Don't try to press too much on your eyelid skin or into the eye's corner (caruncle). 3 - Allow Cliradex to air dry briefly (30s) before opening the eyes. If your results don’t improve, then please do not continue to use Cliradex as you may have a skin allergy to essential oils.

I placed my order on Sept. 1. My account was charged Sept. 3. Today is Sept. 17 and I have not yet received it. The website still says "processing". The link to reach someone does not seem to work when I click on it. It says to open in Messenger but on my Iphone it says "address invalid". I will have to call them and find out what happened to my order and when I can expect it. Annoying.

Burned immediately. Burned after flushing my eyelids for 1 minute. Still burned. Flushed my eyelids for 3 more minutes. Eyes still watering and eyelids still red and very uncomfortable 30 minutes later. Maybe I just have sensitive skin, but it was not good. And no, I didn't get it in my eyes.
