Overcharged again! Eye wipes are great, but this is second time in a row I have put in coupon code and have still been charged full price. Using PayPal. Could that be the cause?

Terrible service.. I ordered a container of cliradex light foam on 12/31/19.. I got an email with a tracking # on 1/2/20...status states pre-shipment, USPS awaiting item.. This status never changed, I called cliradex on 1/14/20.. They couldn't explain delay, was told they would reship it.. After long wait, service rep tells me they can't get the 20% discount code I used on original order to apply.. Said they would have to bump this to a supervisor.. I asked to speak to a supervisor, was told they were too busy with others.. Next thing I know, I get an email asking to setup a password.. Apparently, an account was created for me without my permission.. Then I'm told order will reship, supervisor will call me back... Never called, still have not received order.. Tracking says it is on the way.. You would think they would have at least offered expedited shipping or something.. This is an expensive product, not a once & done.. If used regularly, it would cost me more than $300/year.. I will definitely rethink any future business & have ordered a competition product (Oust) to evaluate... Very disappointed in cliradex

This product burned when I put it on and made my eyes worse!

Have not reccieved my last order yet.

Two reasons: 1. Although the order was placed 11/27/19, as of today 12/4/19, received no information about the status or shipping of my order. I received no tracking #. 2.The email notice of an attempted breach of passwords entered by customers was another issue. Having never before done business with this company, I have requested to cancel this order; and requested a refund.

Received 4 emails with promotional offers immediately after my purchase. Unsubscribed and still get messages. Price adjustment would be appreciated if you're going to spam me with Black Friday emails.
