I just got my package in my lockbox mailbox and the product is completely hot. I live in AZ and the temp outside is 110 degrees and even hotter in my mailbox that is in direct sun. I can not even try this product now since it was boiling hot and do not trust that it is safe to use after being exposed to that high of a temperature. Can you please send me one that can be delivered to my door and not to my mailbox?

I have not received my order and I placed it ages ago.

My recent experience was very bad due to my Cliradex didn't ship out for a week due to a mistake by your Company's warehouse. It never got to USPS to shipping until I called in to see what was going on and why the tracking said it never shipped out. They now said it will ship out today.

I ordered quantity 2 and received only one foam. I sent an email and never heard back.

My face and eyes were EXTREMELY sensitive to the Cliradex. I experienced prolonged burning and stinging. I was told by my doctor’s office to stop using the cloths and I knew I had been told there was a money back guarantee but despite contacting Cliradex multiple times I received no instructions on how to get my money back. I called the phone number for the money back guarantee and they inadvertently hung up on me. If anything burns and stings that bad, it’s best not to use on your face.

My eyes are raw from uncontrollable and mistreated mites ( by doctors) ---and Cliradex doesnt seem to comprehend 'no immune system' and mites that are at critical mass with huge amounts of super mites eat a person or animal, alive. I am functionally blind, touch typing and dark websites/room and it gets worse every "round'. I am suffering, this has brought on seizures and bleeding bodywide, again in cycles. Doctors who neglect to do proper testing ( slit lamp, skin scraping of ALL areas, saliva, sinus, feces and testing blood for parasites, fungi, bacteria and organ damage) which ---not one doctor out of 20--- who have seen me have done to date. Cliradex should know better than to send anyone who is being attacked by super mites these new tiny bottles instead of expanding into larger cans, shampoo and BODY!/FACE wash. I am being eaten, alive and no one cares. I'd think the researchers who made this stuff would want to know if the product not only fails to kill mites, but i guess when others are just as infested as we without immune systems, are now, the owners will find out by losing money and the real war that parasites really are and are ignored as a BASE CAUSE for MANY conditions and diseases galore. ADDENDUM: CONSUMER ALERT ! Cliradex doesn't TRULY READ or CARE about facts -- they want your money but will not try to comprehend the reality that mite ALLERGIES EXIST and that above ALL -------DOCTORS ARE TOTALLY CLUELESS and ABUSIVE IN THE USA.

Ordered my items and still don’t have them. I reached out on Messenger and the person was not professional. What a rip off.

I have never received this product. I checked the USPS tracking number and it said it was delivered on April 16th to a California address....
