Not a great experience First I lost the first time 20% off because the shipment was canceled due to a wrong address. Too bad I was called first before all that happened. So I ordered again and paid full price. Finally got the product to have my eyes go through a full flare up after 3 days use. Took me week to get relief. I now have two boxes I will not use.

I had hoped that Cliradex foam would help clear my MGD, dry eyes and ocular rosacea. However, after using the foam to clean my eyelashes as directed, I developed a severe allergic contact dermatitis on my face to the tea tree oil in the product. Just used it one time because I had an immediate adverse reaction. My eyes, as well as the entire area around them, stated to burn, turn red and swell. I tried to wait just a few seconds, hoping the reaction was temporary, but it was getting worse so I had to splash cold water on my face and remove it. Afterwards my eyes were still irritated and swollen. Admittedly, I do have extremely sensitive skin. This product may work great for someone who does not have the sensitivity problem.

The service is NO STAR! It's the worst I have ever experienced. I ordered the product on Sunday, May 17th and they charged my credit card on May 18th. Today is June 2nd and I still have not received the product. Based upon this experience, I believe the company is a scam!
