I tried to use a discount but I could not complete the order. I tried twice and gave up. Then I received an email that someone at Cliradex fixed for me and I received my product the new week or so.

In the first box several packets were completely dry and therefore useless. This hasn't happened before so perhaps it was a bad batch.

Love it but it's too expensive

The instructions do not tell you that this foam makes you feel like you have fire and ice on your eyes. Totally scared me and had to rinse off right away. Upon googling the product it said that was normal and safe. Would be nice to let people know that BEFORE they put it on their EYELIDS. Jeez.

I believe the instructions to be vague and confusing. I assume you want the user to simply absorb the Cliradex, as the instructions say nothing about rinsing the eyes after using. However, I developed burning and vision blurring if ANY of the Cliradex was left anywhere near my eye. I have had fewer particles of matter on my eyes, but I have achieved this by washing my eye lids at the end of my shower and then rinsing before I dry off. This seems to work. I am withholding opinion regarding the effectiveness overall. I have blepharitis and I am told it is due to Demodex. If I can get clear of the critters and keep my eyes matter clear, I will declare this a success. Time will tell.

Product works. Out of stock a lot. With very little communication on availability and when order will be received. 3 stars because provided free bottle when delayed for months.

I only got part of my order because the foam was out of stock . I emailed and left several messages trying to enquirer about my missing item and no one responded to my emails or messages I left. I had to keep calling until someone answered the phone over several days. I’m hoping to still receive the remaining part of my order
