Tech support was awesome and helpful, but the "login" and "checkout" buttons were invisible on the website, you have to either highlight the entire page or wander blindly around to locate the buttons.

This little bumps on my eye lids are still there and I having been using this product for over a month. They are not has bad as month ago but they not gone. I guess I'll have do go back to the doctor.

I was so disappointed that BioTissue announced the ability to purchase Cliradex again but with a "bait and switch"....buy a case of Cliradex and get a case of Cliradex Foam free.... So I bought! I would have anyway, but to try to entice us with that and then have no way to follow through with that promise. So disappointing. On the bright side, it is good to have Cliradex back in my office as I spent months trying to find a replacement but no other product has the same concentration of active ingredient. Please, next time, just be honest.

I would give the company 5 stars for their product, but the web site is not super user friendly and I have been annoyed by only being able to order a limited quantity st a time (my latest order seemed to be restricted to three cans of the foam cleaner). Rob

i have noticed the last few times I ordered the wipes are kind of dry, they do not contain as much moisture/medication as before

I like that the product does not have preservatives. I feel frustrated though because the consistency of the product changes quickly (two weeks) and I have been told by customer service that this means the product is not active anymore. So I end up throwing a lot of product away. I was also told I am not throwing product away . . . but this does not make sense to me. There is clearly product inside --it still foams -- it just does not dry as quickly.

Good product and works well. Too Expensive. Using a lower cost product now.
