This helped within 3 days. I used the wipes for 3 days twice daily and then once at night with the foam in the morning. After one week I used the foam twice daily for almost a week. It worked best for me that way because it was a little gentler for my skin

I have only been using for a week and my blepharitis has improved. I have not had any sores in four days.

Has been working so far. Working better than antibiotic ointment. I also am able to use less lubricant drops now. Had to get used to burning sensation on application which goes away after a few minutes. I cut towellets in half and put other half in baggy for the next day since this product is expensive.
