Was delivered promptly, after 3 days modest improvement so not sure if its due to product or not.

- Overpriced. $39 or so per box unless there is a special. I’m retired and living on a fixed income. - Sell retail - Design a new box that is smaller in size to match the size of the individual packets. - Who came up with the idea of packaging only 24 packets per box? Why not 30? By the way, if you do this, do not jack the price up by 25%.

Could not order on my iPad as website not working properly. Called into company to make order and it took them sometime to get the computer working properly. Have had problems with the website several times before and would have placed an order if it was working. Prefer to use the computer so I don’t have to give out my credit card number over the phone. Please work on improving your website.

Expensive product that is necessary to use. Frustrated with price. Arrived earlier than expected. Please lower the cost.

Site is not straightforward nor intuitive. Product is great site is not great.

It stings my eyelids a lot, and I did not find information about what to do when the product stings so much. Though I try to just keep my eyes closed tightly, I usually cannot tolerate the intense stinging on my eyelids and end up rinsing it off or pressing a cool damp cloth over my eyes.

My flier stated 2 day shipping. Took a week. Was out of medicine for 3 days. 🤔☹
