website says shipped in 2 days and it took almost 2 weeks to receive. Other than that..love the product..it works!

Unfortunately, I was not able to use it. I tried both the wipes and the pump/spray. Both made my eyes sting horribly. I didn’t care for the mildewy type of smell either. I am disappointed I couldn’t use it b/c I am allergic to thimerisol, which is in most other treatments. I called to ask about a refund. The customer service agent was very friendly and helpful. The company will be refunding me promptly. If you have sensitive skin/eyes I would suggest Trying something else. 🙁

Cliradex works during the day, but at night not so much. I do not think you can use eye cream with the product. Is this true? Thanks...

I don’t see why you had to make the towelette smaller and less solution ias wee. Could it be to make an extra dollar?

The first pads were dry, I started with the 3 one hoping jut the top 2 were dry.

Major issue with Your website. Cannot access it from my computer, my phone, or my wife’s computer or phone

This delivery much slower than normal. It took 2 full weeks and a call to customer service. Normally have order much faster.

Although I feel like it's working my kids are still dry and surrounding area is too I intend to keep using it and maybe it will get better
