Company delivered product as expected

Order from Amazon if you need it quickly, and not their website! Their website says if you order before 2PM on business days it will ship same day. Well 3 days later my order still hadn’t shipped. I emailed, messaged and posted on Facebook with no response. Finally a couple hours after I complained on Facebook they shipped it. They finally replied to my email and said you have to order by 12 PM for same day shipping. Well then they need to update their website. And they waited 3 business days to ship so they didn’t ship it on time either way. I also used a BOGO coupon code and now I’m reading in other complains that they do that to get rid of extra product that is about to expire so I really hope that’s not the care or I’m going to be really ticked off.

On my last order (1) box of wipes seemed dry when you open each of them. One box is fine, other box wipes are dry. I'm hoping thats not the case with this new order.

It's very important to keep your eyes shut tight while using this product!

My eyelashes have been itching since I got lash extensions! It’s been very annoying and I can’t wear mascara. (Yes, I know not to use an old one.) I can’t get more extensions and my lashes are not growing back very well. I thought this product would help me get back to normal but I haven’t been able to use the lid wipes very often because it burns my skin and it smells awful. I can’t wear it to work because of the smell so I just apply the foam when I sleep then wash it off for work. My lashes are still very itchy so I will keep using it out of desperation hoping that the other reviews were correct. It’s been about a week and no change so far.

Though the wipes work great, 3 packets were completely dried out and not usable when I opened them.

My Clirdex order arrived in only days so I was pleased with that. And I like the convenience of the ready-to-use pads. But I'm disappointed that the solution stings my eyelids. Have considered dipping them in water before using to dilute, but that would probably reduce their effectiveness, right?

I've only been using Cliradex for about a week, so it's hard to gauge how well it's working. I'm only giving three stars because it burns intensely for about a minute, which wasn't mentioned in the ad, and I think it's dishonest. The burning makes me reluctant to continue using because I'm concerned about side effects.
