Price is high but with a coupon, it is affordable. It is a very good product!

Overall, I am pleased with the product. Although my last box of towlettes contained seven which were completly dry upon opening the envelop.

The wipes definitely helped clear up my blepharitis. Dr. said I don't have mites but it still cleans and refreshens the whole eye area and doesn't leave you dry. It helps whiten my eyes also since it's an astringent and dilates blood vessels. I will continue to use a few times a week for maintenance. I even clean my ears with it since my ears have been itching at night and it cleared it up.

Have used the product for several years now, and it’s effective. Unfortunately the info emails they send out are often no accurate, especially for their specials (which is the only way I can afford to buy the wipes). Example, I recently tried to use a 2 for 1 coupon but the system only registered 1. When I called them they explained that the coupon was one time use only and I had used it in June… 😳 I went to the coupon and it had been sent in late September. It didn’t mention a use by date, or that I had already used the coupon… They did finally honor the order and sent me both boxes of wipes. But they clearly need a better IT department. On a previous order I mentioned the system wasn’t honoring the coupon (I’d linked directly from email) and they said it’s best if customers go to the website to order and not link from the emails. Again, their IT dept isn’t functioning well with customer interactions.

Cliradex and it’s tea tree oil formulation is an important component in good eyelid hygiene and has helped to get my dry eye condition under control. However, it’s pretty strong and I have to be careful that my eyes are completely closed, as it stings a lot if some of it gets inside my lids. I don’t have that problem with hydroclorous solutions and is the reason for giving a four star rating. It’s a solid product which I’m glad I tried.

Good product but shipping is slow. I wish they would for the entire body to combat Demodex.

I have had severe blepheritis for the last several years (along with severe dry eye). Blepheritis was the first product I have ever used that immediately cleared up the redness of my eyelids! My only complaint is that it's wildly expensive. I won't be able to afford to continue to use it for this reason. Such a shame..

Almost a month now and my face felt much smoother and softer than before. Being new to using cleanser at all, my face does appear to have change thanks to this product. This product was given as a free sample and I was glad to request such a product. May look into buying product like this if it continue helping out with my blackhead.
