should have told me that product was out of stock when I ordered
Unfortunately, they did not tell me that the product was out of stock with no expected ship date offered until AFTER I already paid for it - would have appreciated knowing that up front, giving me the option to find a vendor who has in stock.

Thank you for your order. We are sorry for your inconvenience. We realize we certainly cannot meet everyone's ordering wishes or demands, however we certainly try to offer the best combination of products, prices, and service available. We make great efforts to keep products fresh and not exceed the "Best Buy...." dates so occasionally product inventories are out of stock. We also cannot control how quickly products sell from our inventory. Our product inventory levels do change daily, as well as any manufacturers' production and inventory of their own products. Sometimes products are still on a manufacturer's backorder, meaning the manufacturer is still waiting for raw materials to produce another large bottle run of their specific products. We have also found over the years that most humans do not read shipping policies that are published on websites, including our shipping policies, which clearly explains that products may not ship to customers on the same day. We do attempt to ship products as fast as we can and when we run out of inventory, we procure more products as fast as manufacturers can ship the items to us. We are always able to be contacted by telephone before you make a purchase if you desire to inquire about inventory levels. We also expect any product ordered to be paid fgr in advance of shipping to the customer, client, or patient.
