Why did I order here again… Last time I couldn’t even reach customer service, and despite problems during the delivery process, I made the same mistake again. It has been a week since I placed my order. After making the payment, I received an email the next day saying the order process had changed. When I checked my account, the credit card payment had been approved, but the product had not yet been shipped. After waiting, I had no choice but to send an email. However, they didn’t even seem to check my order number. Their reply told me to place the order again. How does that make sense when the payment was already processed? Out of sheer disbelief, I sent multiple emails requesting a cancellation. And yet, I have received no response at all.I believe such a company should be banned from selling supplements, because their website system is a complete mess.I hope they see this review. Once again, I request that my order be canceled immediately. My order number is 150577.

Placed order, no shipping or tracking info and it’s 2 weeks later. Phone number says vm is full and no response to email. I should have checked reviews before ordering…hopefully you see this and the rest of the reviews

This place doesn't actually send you the stuff you buy on their website.

Placed an order fo $223.25 on November 5th and it is now December 5th and I still haven’t received it. I’ve sent numerous emails with no response. I’m moving in a week so that’s great. I was fully charged, not just a pending charge. ***They did end up shipping it over a month after I ordered***

Fraud Company, Never buy from them

Terrible company. Ordered something, asked multiple times if the item was back ordered with no response. Of course, they charged my card for it.

Same experience. Received an empty envelope. WTF. Because I didn't buy insurance? Never ever had such a negative experience buying supplements!! You guys suck.

It’s absolutely unethical for a company not to inform someone BEFORE they purchase a product that delivery will be two to three weeks. In my case, almost three. You don’t disclose that AFTER the order is placed. It should be disclosed BEFORE, so that the customer can decide before it’s too late if they really want to wait that long for a product that could be delivered much quicker from many other vendors for the same price. If there really is no way to get products to people sooner, so be it. But that is something that should be disclosed BEFORE taking the person’s money. NO ONE these days expects to wait two-three weeks to get one small package. I also think it’s very shoddy that the customer service number goes to a voice mail message that essentially tells you they’ll get back to you ‘whenever’ because they prioritize another type of customer over you. (Really, call the customer service number and hear the message). I will not buy from this company again. I don’t care how long someone has been in business, that doesn’t mean they do everything right. And not disclosing how long it will take for products to be delivered BEFORE the customer commits to the purchase is NOT good business practice.
