Phone line hours are available during the same operations hours for walk-ins, Monday through Thursday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm and 10:00 am - 5:00 pm Fridays during Eastern Standard Time. Samantha, we appreciate you as a customer and are sorry sometimes we experience delays with order processing. We are not open on weekends and sometimes shipping is slower than customers expect. Although we strive to ship within 24 hours of a purchase being placed, sometimes certain popular products need to be procured to fulfill orders already placed once inventory is exhausted. If you order on a Monday-Thursday, most times we can ship within 24 hours. We hope to keep you as a customer!

I would have given you a 5 star rating …
I would have given you a 5 star rating except the past two orders have taken longer to receive then the first orders I made. Plus I was sent an email and told to check my account to find out what the message said. I don't have an account with you. Products are great but customer service needs to improve for the final star!
