Received my product. !. It was much smaller than I thought. 2. It barely blows any air. My bedside fan does better. 3. Have tried several times to contact someone. I get a general e-mail. There is no address or phone number listed on the site.

These are obviously fake reviews. I tried to cancel my order literally 10 minutes after placing it and the customer service responded in a very falsely helping tone that it has been prepared for shipping already and that they will assist to send them back if I want...to China ! I live in France and they prefer to go on with a double shipping instead of honestly refund customers. this is clearly abusive commercial politics hopping that I will keep he crap by laziness (and cost !) of returning it. I feel so sorry for myself to have trusted this instagram add. This is clearly a misleading product and nothing more than a very expensive fan. Please don't fall for it :(

This product is not an air conditioner—it’s simply a cheap fan marketed as one. It contains neither a refrigerant nor a compressor, and the air it blows out is the same temperature as the room's ambient air. The slight cooling effect is merely due to air movement, not actual cooling. Unfortunately, the company behind this product provides poor customer service and appears to be selling a low-quality, misleading product to unsuspecting buyers. They list no physical address or contact phone number, making communication difficult. I requested a cancellation and refund just a few hours after placing my order, but the company refused, claiming the order must be shipped. A friend of mine in Houston, Texas, who had already purchased this product, warned me that it is not a mini air conditioner and informed me of the company’s tactics: they resist refunds by insisting the product be shipped first, making it more difficult for customers to get their money back. They also expect customers to cover return shipping costs for a product that was falsely advertised. He is also seeking a refund. Since my order hasn’t been shipped yet, there should be no reason they can’t cancel it and issue a refund. However, my friend's warning about their resistance to refunds has proven accurate so far. Companies that engage in deceptive advertising should be held accountable for their practices.. Also their claim that it cools a room in 5 seconds is also a blatant falsehood - it is impossible.

It’s a waste of money. I received mine, left it on the counter running and never cooled and the fan hardly blows air. Don’t waste your time. It says it comes from California but it doesn’t it comes from China. Misleading and a ripoff

Absolute waste of money. I had asked the question upfront about how it cools without refrigerant and was given some technical explanation. Decided to take the chance and test it out. Don’t! It is nothing more than a fan, and not a powerful one at that. Haven’t even tried the heater as it’s 100+ degrees!

These are obviously fake reviews. Notice they are all new within the same few days and use the same phrases over and over again. So disappointing as I was ready to buy one to try it out.

FedEx left the box out in the rain, but thankfully it was well packed. Runs perfectly. One of the better decisions I’ve made this summer, no doubt. No regrets at all.
