CLIMAFYReviews of climafypro.com

I came across Climafy’s "air conditioner" (Facebook) and, despite the too-good-to-be-true feeling, decided to give it a shot after seeing decent reviews on Trustpilot. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t match the promise. What arrived was not an air conditioner at all, but a very basic ceramic heater shipped directly from China. The included manual doesn’t even mention cooling—it only refers to heating functions. There’s no compressor, no refrigerant system—nothing resembling how actual AC units work. It feels extremely misleading to advertise a heater as an air conditioner, especially when the product is so cheaply made. I’ve now initiated the 60-day return process they claim to offer. We'll see how that turns out—I’ll update this review depending on how smoothly the return goes. Just be cautious if you're considering this purchase. It’s not what it claims to be.

This is a total scam! It's not an american company, but chinese. the product they sent is not an airconditioning unit, but a very cheap plastic box with a heating element. The included manual clearly states that it is a heater. Mine didn't even work on arrival. When contacting them, I first needed to send them a video... ?? Then they "approved" that I could return it to them, to be sent via registered mail to China. And I needed to declare false statements on a customs document. And extra excuses on reasons why in the end they may still not be able to give me a refund. Bottom line: I was supposed to make extra high costs only to maybe (and I presume not at all) receive a refund. Looking at all the other 1-star reviews here: this is a fraudulent company and all the other positieve reviews are fakes

First of all the company is Chinese not out of California as they advertise. The unit they send is a heater by its own instruction manual with a “fan” to provide “natural cooling air”. If you try and return they fight you tooth and nail. They demand that there return policy says it has to be returned to the point of origin “China” at your expense. They direct you to lie to the postal service and customs and tell them both it has a “very minimal value” because if it has any taxes fees or tariffs they will not pick it up and not give you a refund. A contract by rule in the us. Two or more parties agree for an exchange of goods or services sometimes for a monetary value assigned to the specific good or service. In other words. You pay for an apple you get an apple not a grape. Saying they will not pay to take their grape back when you by the contractual language bought an apple you should owe nothing and it’s a courtesy for you to give the grape back at all. You would not be responsible for the “professional companies error or omission “. The heater they sent is only about 12 inches long. The picture shows it the length of the man’s arm. Also it comes with brackets. And anchors. It says clearly. In order to install this product you will need to drill holes and place the brackets on the wall at a certain height. They’ve been reported to ftc. The state atty, and the internet fraud decision of the fbi. Once again Chinese run Chinese owned Chinese rules. Do not buy.

never got mine called my credit card its in despute

The "air conditioner" blows warm air. When trying to return it, they make it IMPOSSIBLE. You have to send video (how can they see the air is blowing warm), they make you go through several other hoops, and they tell you to lie when declaring the value or it may get stuck in customs and they don't retrieve items from customs. Total scam company with garbage items that you can't return.

If I could give this thing a lower review I would. This is OVER PRICED GARBAGE. I’m trying to cool a very small room. Doesn’t even take the edge off. Shame on me for falling for the hype. GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!’nnn

This AC doesn’t even deserve a star! It is a total SCAM!! Do not purchase, they have a statement for returns yet they never respond when requesting a return/refund! This AC is VERY low quality! Not worth what they are selling it for. It’s almost as if it was cheap toy!

The unit I bought was junk ! They say they will take returns but YOU have to pay for the shipping and that’s hundreds of dollars ! It’s a scam and you shouldn’t buy anything from them !
