Total BS! This product does not blow cold air at all. Its basically an overpriced P.O.S fan. False advertising and terrible customer service. I would assume any review calling this product an actual a/c unit is a fake review. DO NOT BUY!!! Im out $279 for 2 units and the seller told me if I want a refund, I can ship it back (costs $150 to ship to China w/usps). However, they also said if my order gets “lost” I can’t get my money back.

This Climafy unit is a complete and total scam. The unit does do what is promised, it simply blows hot air around. Moreover, the company's customer service is abysmal and they will try everything to get out of the 60-day return guarantee, including lying and telling you that you're not eligible for a refund because the item was a "final sale" item. That is not at all true, and just a ploy to keep your money. Please take it from me and DO NOT BUY this POS. It's awful. BTW, do a quick YouTube or reddit search and you'll find that many others have had a similar experience. I'm kicking myself that I wasn't smart enough to research this before buying.

Buyer beware!!! Do not purchase anything from this company. Their items are defective and they prey on low income people looking for a budget friendly solution. I immediately tried to return a unit that did not blow cold air and I was told sorry about your luck in not so many words. Not even a partial refund!!! My $20 fan works better than their unit advertised as an air conditioner. There is no component in the unit to qualify it as an air conditioner. Anyone interested in a class action lawsuit? It is now about the principle and not the money. If we can save others from wasting their hard earned money, let's do it.

SCAM Company . So called "units" are fifteen dollar heaters with a fan only mode . They stall the return process and after you jump through all their hoops to return them ... they tell you "all sales are final" . This is nothing more than a couple of scammers ordering crap from China . The positive reviews are from fake profiles .

CLIMAFY IS A SCAM. DONT GET SUCKED IN. NO Cold Air at all. It is NOT an Air conditioner. Sure they accept returns but you have to pay the shipping to return IT AND they also do not tell you is that although it is shipped to you from California if you have to return it you HAVE TO ship it to China. If I had known I would NEVER had bought it. When I priced shipping it to China the cheapest I could find Is more than $300.00 Canadian. UNBELIEVABLE. So now I'm out $177.00 Canadian dollars and stuck with a "piece of garbage".

Beware, this is a scam!!! When the items arrived they looked nothing like the advertised pictures, they were much smaller and looked like a completely different unit, the “air conditioner” never got cold and is just a fan. When I sent an email asking for a refund they said sure, but I would have to mail them back to China and not to the warehouse in California where they were sent to my house from. I went to the shipping store to see how much it would cost to return the items to China I was told it was going to be $800-$900 dollars and even if I did pay that insane amount the items would probably never get through customs due to China’s strict policies. when I emailed the company telling them this they sent a return email with the following statements below “Please note that while the items were shipped from our facility in California, our official return address for processing refunds and replacements is in central warehouse. This is clearly stated in our return policy to ensure proper handling of returns. We truly wish there was a more cost-effective option, but unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns at our US location. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.” Their return policy is a joke and they know Lu know it’s financially impossible to send the “air conditioners” back.
