CLIMAFYReviews of climafypro.com

WARNING WARNING to customers. This product does not provide AC and is only as good as a cheap fan. Fradulant item and once purchased they will not allow you to return it. Total RIP OFF so please dont buy this product.

This is totally a scam. 100% satisfaction within 60 days is a joke, does not apply to “final sale,” which is not stated. The ai generated response is supposed to make me feel better? And, it does not cool anything…and I’m sure there are still only 8 units left…😖

The only reason there are both 5 star and 1 star reviews is that someone was paid to write the fake and misleading 5 star reviews. I got scammed. Paid $139.00 for something that is now in the trash. It is about 18 inches long and blows non-air conditioned air out of a three inch vent. Save your money for a real AC, and don’t let these pirates steal your money!

Air condition unit arrived but the remote defective and doesn't work. Contacted company the next day and was asked to send a video of the unit not working. This we did and a number of emails back and forth. We were then told it was an end of sale and no returns even though we were only asking for a replacement remote. We were unaware it was even a sales item at time of purchase. Item not fit for purpose under consumer rights act.

It come damaged not anything like it promised on the website Definitely a scam and the website is off after I confront them and told them I was gonna write a bad review since I couldn’t get my money back or even label to send the damage product back to them after they say they have 60 day guarantee if you’re not happy with the product.

The product came with a broken remote, and it absolutely is false advertising the AC part, it's a fan and no more. I've been trying to return the unit. they said it was marked final sale, yet they are still selling them. And that was not stated anywhere as they claim. I even said I would keep it if they would at minimum sent me a new remote. Total rip of company. DO NOT BUY

disgusting company and awful product. It does not work, there is no power and could not cool a fly! I tried to return straight away and got some bull story that it cant be returned as part of their final sale, what a load of rubbish. Not only is this illegal its immoral. DO NOT BUY

Buyers looking on line be aware. Check the reviews first. I purchased one of these units and it does not cool what so ever. I put it in a small bedroom, 12x12, for 5 hours and it did absolutely nothing. I was going to return it immediately but when I read all the reviews, reading the responses from other customers, I decided to suck it up as a learning lesson and not attempt to return. It would cost 4 times as much to return as you paid for it.
