Be very clear
A photo was sent with my initial query of an item i wanted copied as this held childhood memories . They confirmed they could but I needed to pay the £120.00 up front, 2 days later they requested another £30.00. When I received the design for me to confirm it was poles apart, they had used the motif and used that to create the item which was hideous. I was then told they couldn't do what I had asked but refused to give me a refund only a credit note. as I was unhappy with this they are informed I would look into this legally. After contacting citizens advice and trading standards i found out British law is useless as the company is registered in Hong Kong. Thankfully the Disputes Team at my bank has refunded me and they are dealing with it. He absolutely clear in your orders as this is how I've been able to reclaim my £150.00. The staff were very helpful until I asked for the refund Marcus show me evidence of this threat. I look forward to seeing this. I did said I woukd go down the legal route but not once was reviews mentioned. Once again I repeat my request to show evidence of the threat of a negative review and you can now show me your bank notification.

Hi Fiona After you threatened our team with a negative review unless we complied with your requests we are saddened but not surprised to see this - however as our Studio team explained our hands are quite tied on this issue - we were unable to proceed with the design you requested as we do not have the evidence of copyright content release (from you) to use the Bob the Builder logos. We advised this would be copyright fraud and would result in legal complications for both parties which are best avoided, however you were quite determined that we proceed using this logo which we had to politely but firmly decline. We strictly operate as an ethical and sustainable business which includes respecting the copyright designs of other individuals and companies - as such we cannot print their logos and designs on our products without proof that this is with their consent - this is also referenced in our FAQs and terms and conditions. Kindly note your card issuer has been in contact with us regarding your claim, we have provided them with all the details and they have ruled this transaction in our favour. Kind regards, Marcus
