Customer service was excellent. Helpful throughout the process, answered any and all questions, and made the process seamless with consistent updates. Unfortunately the shirts weren’t quite to the quality I expected for the price. A “soft poly/cotton blend” was a stiff, rough, starchy feel.

This was my first time using Clifton and I have to say they did an amazing job with my order. The people I dealt with were patient and friendly and the product was very high quality and came out looking much better than I was expecting. I would definitely order from them again.

1st attempt - legs too loose and strap length too short. Clifton size chart had y strap length dependent on leg length making it difficult to specify correctly. Manager Jimmy initially refused to do anything but finally agreed to remake the shorts when pressed. 2nd attempt - sizes all correct but insert pad placed too fa back so that seams coincided with sit bone position. Very uncomfortable. Jimmy's unhelpful response:"Unfortunately the shorts were made using your bespoke sizing and the seat pad was attached in the location determined by the size ratio of the body which have been tried and tested throughout the years we have made this garment. As the specific location of the seat pad was not requested to be included into the order pack the standard location was used and therefore the same has been delivered." Tantamount to suggesting my rear was in the wrong postion!!

From the very start of my order a compatant and efficient service and a jersey to be proud of that will end up on display at the junior club i finally retired my Rugby playing days. Thank you. John.
