Great experience from beginning to end
Great experience from beginning to end. Very knowledgeable on the subject and we received a great rate. Chris was very punctual and attentive to our needs throughout the entire process and we would highly recommend him! Green Lights Mortgage and Chris Rutherford on a personable level are incredible. They really try to connect with their clientele and try to figure out the best loan option suited for each individual and each individual situation. If it’s your first time a getting mortgage to a seasoned vet they will get it done and will take the time to describe anything you don’t understand. They will even talk to you about how your taxes should be fixed if looking to refinance or just simply get a conventional loan. These guys are are your go to mortgagors that will treat you like family! 5 star plus in my books from start to finish!

Chris and Jack are absolute life savers! They helped turn a terrible experience with a forced refi and managed to help make it an amazing outcome.
