Extremely satisfied with the experience
This was the first time I used Clickitgolf and it certainly won't be the last. Website is easy to use and the golf course immediately recognized the name of the issuing company and treated my group as if we were long time members rather than guests. Will be utilizing Clickitgolf from now on.

As a best practice, we recommend printing the voucher and giving it to the pro shop rather than reading it aloud. The whole golf shop check-in process should take no longer than swiping a credit card. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Only complaint I had was our tee time…
Only complaint I had was our tee time was a few days before a holiday and the course declared that day a holiday arbitrarily. We had to call the manager over and after pleading my case he let us use our certificate. It was no fault of clickit. Just not sure how this could be avoided?

Rey, Thank you for your feedback. Some courses do implement "Course Declared Holidays" during busy holiday seasons like Christmas, Father's Day Weekend, Black Friday Weekend, etc....
