The Good -- golf at Old Ranch for $80 on Mon 3/1. That's a good deal! The Bad -- they let too many people in. Shotgun start had 2 groups per tee. Carts were shared (COVID). Took 3 hrs to get through 9 holes. Waited every single shot. Worse than a public golf course on a Saturday.

Left 2 voice mails and 2 emails and haven't heard back on a credit.
Disappointed
Two problems with the certificate. 1) Cost more than it would have if I had booked directly 2) Because I could not book prior to 4 days before our day of play, all morning times were taken and the earliest tee time available made us finish in the dark. In Summary, your certificate cost more than booking directly and because of restrictions, we finished in the dark. Not impressed. Only reason I gave it two stars, is because it did encourage us to play a course I had not played before.

I’m not happy because I bought a voucher prior to Covid. Once Covid came the course was not honoring the voucher. I contacted Click It for a refund but they would only issue a credit. However there are not any decent courses offered in my area now. I would prefer a full refund. This same situation happened with another company offering vouchers and they gave me a 100% refund due to the Covid circumstance. I will continue to support that company.

Kelly, Saw this and wanted to personally reach out. I will have our customer support manager follow up with you to make this right. As you know the face of golf changed during the past few months. For the first time in recent history, we have had more golfers than tee times! This combined with single rider carts along with larger spacing between tee times gave way to a huge demand for a very small supply. When this happens in economics, the demand outweighing the supply, we see a surge in cost and a race to get the supply (Remember the Toilet Paper a month ago 😊)…Thus, many courses have tee times booked just as fast as they can provide them. That said, there is no need to panic. We fully expect more of a sense of “normalcy” to return in the coming months. At that time we expect things will slow down a bit, the popular tee times will be easier to get & more importantly… the courses will again have a need to discount! FYI - we have over 100 partner courses that we are waiting for to return. #ComingSOON We thank you for contacting ClickitGolf and hope you have a great day! Jason R (President - ClickitGolf)

I made 2 tee times with Clickitgolf and had problems with it in both instances. 1-Coyote Hills: I brought my printout to the starter and they said my reservation didn't show up and I had to wait a long time for the starter to see his manager and figure it out. Took about 15-20 min, but they finally ok'd it and gave me a free bucket for waiting. This was the good experience. 2-Dos Lagos: They gave me a hard time and tried to say it wasn't valid because they considered the friday after July 4 a holiday. I told them that I called and told the guy I was using Clickit when I made my tee time so they reluctantly "allowed it". Seems like courses try to invalidate the discounted tee times whenever I use it.

Scott, This is disappointing. As you can read from all of our past reviews, this is certainly the exception rather than the rule. Our goal is 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ on every review. We have achieved that with a firm commitment to providing the best service in the golf industry. I do understand your frustrations and empathize with your experiences. I would love to speak with you to both better understand where the hiccups occurred and implement strategies preventing them from occurring in the future. Please call us at (858) 366.0766 or email me personally at [email protected]. I look forward to resolving this with you. -Jason R (President)
