I have been a Clickitgolf customer for the past 3 years. This year the number of courses available in the Palm Springs area is pretty low. Currently there are only offers available for 5 courses that are actually in the Palm Springs area. There are a few in the San Diego area, but they are close to 150 miles away. Previous years there were 10 to 15 courses available.

Played Legends in Temecula. The course needs some attention. The potential is really high there though. The homes in the area are older and line the course, which is another issue. Over all - the click it coupon saved me around 30-40$ - so that was nice, however, considering the condition of the course, it should’ve only cost $40 a round anyway.

VERY NICE LADY handled my initial call when transaction was not going through.....as I tried to call up my account with click it....everything contained in the information --name, card, etc, was put on site, then disappeared. After two tries, I called. Went through everything ....but the two certs were NEVER SENT. Not in spam folder, not in ALL MAIL folder....as the round was that day it was a bit of a hassle it got resolved when the lady sent it via her own e mail account not sure if system error or what...this is just courtesy FYI

The process of using the click it golf offer was easy and accurate. The description of the course and the list price and discount were less so. The course (The Legends in Temecula) was challenging enough and the greens were in very good condition. The rest of the course was only fair.

They offer a very good deal. The minus point is it's very difficult to make a reservation. An available tee time was none and I had to check cancellation every day.

The customer service was very nice, but 1. Few golf courses are available. 2. It is very difficult to book tee times, as it need call golf course to book teetimes and most tee times are sold by other brokers in advance. 3. The players are limited to even numbers by voucher and the single one has to pay for the normal price.

First of all, it wasn't clear how long the opportunity to purchase coupons would last. One set of coupons (a pair) was insufficient. Friends who tried to purchase a set of coupons were unable to do so. Why?

Jerry, We apologize for the inconvenience. The golf courses are in charge of their offers 100%. We are an online marketplace for golfers who want to shop for the best golf deals at hundreds of courses. Recently it was brought to our attention that a certain course, Rio Vista, was under new management. They called us and asked us to remove the offering we had due to course conditions not being up to their standards (CourseCo). We did so promptly as per their instructions, as again, they are in charge of the deal and offer period. They should however be back up & selling within 30-60 days. Normally deals are good anywhere from 60-120 days after purchase and the expiration dates clearly printed on each certificate. We look forward to having Rio Vista up and running again very soon. -Jason R President

Ron, I am sorry to hear your experiences were not seamless. This is the exception rather than the rule based the majority of the feedback we get. I can be reached at [email protected] if you want to discuss with me personally. I would love to better understand the issue. Our goal is to make every course an expert at the process!
