This is Joseph Daverick I’m reaching out to Cleverx from here and my payments got canceled with no good reason Your manager Mir Ali stated that I violated the platform guidelines and many useless reason I don’t recommend clever X to any regular worker in the Us They send you hip of surveys and keep on sending low rewards I recommend Newton X to everyone

Most of the times, these delay happen due to the study closure date being stretched by the company which can be anywhere from a couple of weeks to a couple of months, and as a strict process, they release payouts only after the study is fully completed and the responses are verified. We appreciate your patience on this matter and we will relay this information to the team right away. We are actively working on improving this payout model which can understandably become frustrating sometimes, especially with longer studies that go on more months. Poor customer service

No Payment! Completed one of their surveys and provided proof as instructed. There was no payment, no details and no reply to my emails. I was approached on LinkedIn by someone called "Harshita Chandnani"

Never heard of this company until I received a random unsolicited email from a "Research Project Manager" named "Yash Arora" trying to recruit me for whatever scam company this is. I searched on Google the name of this company and this Trustpilot was in the top results and oh look! A 5 star review! From Yash Arora! Not a clue what this company is, but clearly just a scam with fake 5-star reviews from the people who are running it. Tip: if you're going to run a scam company, make sure you don't use the same names on your fake reviews as you do on your unsolicited emails. Edit: Following their response, I can see that they have changed the name of the person in question (Yash) to something different. Look, if you're incompetent enough to get scammed by these guy's then that's on you at this point. I've given you a warning.

Absolutely Scammers. They approach you with some sweet HR people. Don't get trapped, completely fake company. Report the company where ever you see. Block it. Waste of time, guys.

Same experience as others. They promise to pay, but never actually do, just continue to push project dates. I do not recommend it to anyone. Correction: After complaining here on trustpilot.com and sending a message to the project team, they have finally paid. This however does not change my rating as you should not be expected to complain to get paid. Be aware that gift card redemption options are very limited which you are not informed about before selecting it.

Hi Mike, I totally understand your frustration and this can be agitating not just for you but anyone who has contributed their time and efforts to studies, But, to let you know, we work with 25,000 + experts and conduct 50,000+ surveys annually. Our payment process was manual earlier which caused the delays, we understood the gap and have worked quite hard on building automation that sends us the payment as soon as the project is completed. We make sure to leave our experts with a great experience and the team strives hard to make every contribution count. Hope this helps. Complete a survey and they issue a project completion date. When that date arrives it passes without the project completing and then the date slips a, week. And repeat for weeks and months. Never getting your payment. Avoid avoid avoid. When you message them they never reply. No - in contrast to their response it was not an isolated occurence. This happened on all 3 of the surveys completed with them. As other's have said, they are best avoided.
